Joacim Åstedt är IT-management konsult på 3gamma med omfattande erfarenhet från uppdrag i både små och stora organisationer. Han har tidigare arbetat med både tekniska och organisatoriska utmaningar, t.ex. som teknisk chef för sajten Lunarstorm där bl.a. 24/7 drift och utmanande kapacitetsplanering stod på agendan. Joacim utbildar och föreläser inom flera områden av IT-Management och är certifierad Service Manager och ITIL Expert och certifierad på TOGAF 9, ett ramverk för Enterprise Architecture.

Philip Hearsum
Philip Hearsum is ITIL Portfolio Manager at Axelos and has worked in IT throughout his life and became interested in service management nearly 20 years ago. Whilst working for a large local media company in the UK as Operations Manager, he took over a new role integrating several new acquired companies’ IT Departments into a single entity, introducing a help desk and starting to roll out ITIL throughout the organization. It was here that he realised the true value of Service Management and became a convert. Since then, he has progressed his career in ITSM, gaining the ITIL Managers Certificate and then updating to Expert. He joined the OGC in 2010 as ITSM Portfolio Manager, and remained within the UK government until the AXELOS joint venture was started in July 2013. As well as being ISO20000 certified and sitting on the ISO20000 UK working group, he is also a PRINCE2 and M_o_R practitioner.

With more than 15 years of experience in IT Industry, spanning across various business verticals (Banking, Transportation, Telecom, Retail, Energy Resources & Utilities and Manufacturing). He has led and executed numerous consulting engagements in advisory role. He has successfully driven process initiatives in IT service management and service delivery space based on ITIL framework. Experience panning consulting, engagement management, client advisory, Solutions, Infrastructure Management, application operations. Satyendra brings in practitioner experience in Service Integration & Management with strong process consultancy knowledge.

Research on IT service management (ITSM) lacks appropriate theories and models that capture the distinct characteristics and implications of its practice. The purpose of ITSM Monitor - a research program that studies the implementation and use of ITIL in the Nordic countries -, is to close this gap. In this talk, we will present the status of ITSM in the Nordic countries. We will discuss the effects of such initiatives, what the conditions for a successful implementation are, and how ITSM influence on process management practices and service climate in IT firms.

Jon Iden is Professor of Information Systems at NHH Norwegian School of Economics. His main areas of interests are Business Process Management, IT Management and Innovation Management. Iden has gained extensive research and consultancy experience during the last 25 years. He is the author of several books and academic journal articles.

Vi har ända sedan den industriella revolutionen fått lära oss att produkter är basen i allt ekonomiskt utbyte. Trots att många av oss arbetar med ITSM och ITIL visar en undersökning vid Högskolan i Borås att de flesta av oss har mycket svårt att tänka om och anamma tjänstelogiken fullt ut. I denna presentation kommer Hannes Göbel att utveckla detta resonemang.

Hannes Göbel är filosofie licentiat i informatik och arbetar för närvarande med sin doktorsavhandling på Högskolan i Borås.

From one of the latest projects Lars will give us an insight from the business side in developing services. Lars will share his experiences from the project and point out to some key areas for success.

After more than 20 years within the IT business, Lars has built up a broad knowledge base. Some areas that he has experiences from are IT operations, system development, processes development and IT quality development. Currently Lars works at Volvo Cars within Research and Development where he acts as a Business Project Manager.

Michael Mirbaha
Michel Mirbaha kommer att diskutera de utmaningar som uppkommer när vi kontinuerligt adderar och inför nya ramverk, metoder, standarder etc. in i våra organisationer och sedan försöker få dem att fungera ihop. I syfte att kunna hantera olika perspektiv i en allt mer komplex ITSM-värld tenderar vi att skapa en spagetti av ramverk vilka tillsammans resulterar i ineffektivitet och förvirring.

Michael Mirbaha är styrelseordförande för itSMF Sverige, den största användarföreningen inom IT-styrning och ITSM, två områden som Michael brinner för och har lång erfarenhet av. Han sitter även med i SIS tekniska kommitté för utvecklingen av standarder inom dessa områden.
