LLR nominated to the award Library of the Year 2011
Every year since 1986 the Swedish trade union DIK has chosen the Library of the Year. This year Library & Learning Resources is one of three nominated libraries.
Over the years different types of libraries have received the awards. Last year the public library of Sandviken received it. The jury judges criteria such as organisation, stability, creativity, development and relations to customers/users in the society.
The two fellow nominees are the public library of Norrköping and the International Library in Stockholm. The award will be handed out to the winner at the Göteborg Book Fair in September.
