“It will be really cool to work with students, in the open clinic and also on preventative work to promote health.”
Previously, she worked at a district health care centre and at Borås Hospital. Student Health has been without a nurse since last fall, but now Ms Jingnäs is finally on site.
As a student, you can turn to Student Health for any number of reasons–for simple health care treatments and counselling but also for health dialogues and lifestyle questions, for example regarding diet, physical activity, stress, alcohol and tobacco.
The open clinic operates from Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, or by scheduled appointment.
You will also have the opportunity to buy condoms.
During the spring there will be an “HB Day” where you can have your blood values checked; keep a lookout for Student Health in Vardagsrummet.
On the Student Health Web site you will find more information and contact information for Anna-Lena Jingnäs.
