If you have a problem concerning your username or password, questions about software, printers, scanners etc. you are welcome to contact the staff in the library.
Do you need help?
Staff at the library's information points are assisting with printing problems, or if you forget your password for your user account. Students can also get help with various software applications such as Word, but also with general questions related to computers or to try to recover lost documents. All questions are welcome and we will help if possible!
Also the Student Centre which is on level 3, corridor B in the main building (Allégatan 1) can help with the same problems and issues as that library staff. Their opening hours are Mon-Fri 08:30 to 13:30.

Campus and IT services is situated in the main building (Allégatan 1) on floor 3. Please contact them when the Computer Support at the library is closed or if you have advanced questions concerning computers.
