I started my doctoral studies in Resource Recovery in September 2016. I previously did my masters in Resource Recovery at the University of Borås between August 2014- June 2016.
My research is aimed at developing methods for high production of organic acids and their recovery from the fermentation broth in membrane bioreactors. These acids will then be utilized as building blocks for synthesis of valuable bioproducts such as butanol and polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs).
Production of organic acids & their derivatives via anaerobic digestion & syngas fermentation
