TFU- Service distribution and Follow-up
TFU is a web-based service distribution to all institutions at the University of Borås. Staff Allocation involves the allocation of staff working hours and distribution of courses.
Below are examples of functions that the system has
TF differ on resources in the three groups. Internal device resources, borrowed resources from other academic unit and external resources (not permanent / temporary employees). Features that TF administer in terms of resource is employment, leave, sick leave, not leave aside, collecting saving vacation, moved over time between the year and between academic year, paid overtime / overtime, borrowed to another entity, training, research / training and administrative duties.
In addition to teaching, administering TF activities different items like administrative time and task items. Prefect, Director of Studies and member of the department, projects, etc. A task may be to further and then time allocation on an annual basis, or as a task can be time-bound. Activities linked to either administrative or research / training. The main principle for registration on the scale of activities of TF is the number of hours recorded and not a percentage of "no thing".
TF has a role of resource owners who own one or more resources in one unit. A resource can belong to several resource owners within a unit. Resource owners may in TF through an agreement to lend resources to the resource owners in the other entity, which is administered by lending in the TF. Resource Owner within another device then disposes of TF borrowed resources during specified time period and number of hours of resource allocation in accordance with the agreement.
TF has different tables by resource and it is possible to choose between four views, either for the financial year, our futures, fall semester or academic year. By resource there is a comprehensive presentation and view a detailed presentation view. TF manage resources for the three time periods, financial, news and results.
