Study environment

The information on these pages is designed to be useful to students during their studies at the University of Borås.

The introduction to the Policy on Working Environment at the University of Borås reads:

Activities at the University of Borås are to rest upon a foundation of common core values which are generally accepted, based in humanism and the human rights, and guarantee all individuals equal and respectful treatment.

As a student at the University of Borås you are entitled to a stimulating and quiet study environment. However, you have an obligation to contribute actively in the continuing effort of building such a study environment.

Student obligations

Students are to participate in the effort to improve the working environment and they are also to help creating a good working environment by:

• being careful and
• following instructions and using safety equipment to prevent ill-health and accidents.

Mobbing or other forms of abusive discrimination are not allowed to exist!
