The Swedish School of Library and Information Science

The Swedish School of Library and Information Science at the University of Borås has Sweden's largest education and research in library and information science. The Swedish School of Library and Information Science is a national leader with well-developed cooperation in the Nordic region, Europe and internationally. The department conducts post-graduate studies, in collaboration with the University of Gothenburg. The majority of the professors and senior lecturers in the subject are concentrated in Borås.
