Damage and injury report

According to the new personal injury insurance for students any injury report must be made to The Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency. The report should be signed by both the insured person and the University. The student must fill in a form which is available from the economy secretary at the Swedish School of Textiles on the fourth floor.

An insured persons self risk at every occurrence of injury is 500kr. The student themselves must pay this cost. Contact Student health for tests in order to exclude the possibility of infection. Nb! The student should save the receipts from all payments as these costs are judged in relation to the self risk.
