Computer Services

The Computer Services Office's duty is to provide IT support for all institutions at the University. We deliver services in networks, maintenance, security, development projects and user support.

Open Hours for the Computer Services Office

The service desk is where to turn if you’ve got questions about or problems with the University’s computers and networks, your user account or accessing software. If you need software support the Computer Support at the library is also available for assistance.

The service desk has the following open hours:

  • Monday – Thursday 8 am – 4.30 pm
  • Friday 8 am – 3 pm
  • Lunch break 12 am – 1 pm

We are closed for department meetings on Wednesdays from 8.30 am – 9.30 am

For visits, we are on the 7th floor in the B corridor.

Service Window

The IT Department carries out various kinds of planned services and maintenance of the University’s IT systems, so called service windows, once a month. In order to ease planning for students and staff, these service updates will occur during the first Sunday of each month, unless otherwise stated.
