Field Studies

There is a possbility to go the developing part of the world to collect data for you thesis work. The University of Borås administrates a scholarship for field studies that is called The Minor Fields Studies program. The program is financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency. The scholarship is 25 000 SEK for 8 weeks of field studies. The Minor Fields Study program is feasible in the least developed part of the world according to the OECD list of least developed countries. The applicant must be a Swedish citizen or have permanent residence permit. Nordic citizens can apply on condition that they have a permanent living in Sweden since one year back.
