Getting listed for exchange studies
The form "Intresseanmälan för utbytesstudier" (form for listing for exchange studies) should be handed it at the latest on February 15 for Erasmus exchange studies in the study year 2012-13.
For exchange studies at a partner university outside of Europe the form should be handed in at the latest on 15 February for exchange studies in the autumn semester 2012 and on 15 October for exchange studies in the spring semester 2013.
Hand in to Solveig Klug, room D803, or in locker in room D653.
Computer room closed week 7
The computer room D425 will be closed week 7 for renovation.
Teachers lockers moved to floor D6
From Monday December 5 the teachers' lockers are placed on floor D6, room D653. As a student at the School of Engineering you will have access to the locker room on work days at 08:30-16:30. Tips! If you have a deadline for hand-ins, be on time!
Important about examination rules
As a student you are obliged to be familiar with the examination rules and you are therefore requested to read the folder. The folder is available at the university web page: www.hb.se/student/studentratt (switch to the English webpage) The folder is valid from the spring semester 2011.
Rules and routines for examination
All students must sign up to all examinations, both regular and re-examinations. The registration is done online at the latest 7 days before the exam.
Students have to be on place in the examination room 15 minutes before the start of the examination. After this time the doors will be closed. If your course does not appear on the online registration web page, please double-check that you are registered to the course. You can check this at "Mitt Konto" ("My account"). If you are not registered to the course, contact the administration immediately (D8-corridor).
Registration to exam - students with a T-number
Student with a "T-number" (E.g. 820325-T478 or 820325-R123) should register by sending an e-mail to studentcentrum@hb.se. Give the following information: Full name, personal number, (E.g. 820325-T478), name of the course and date of the exam.
