Ask the Library is available 24 hours a day but the questions will be answered during office hours. The service is aimed for students and staff at the University of Borås.

There is also a national Ask the library service you can turn to. The service enables you to chat or send e-mail to public libraries and academic libraries. National Ask the library is open Monday - Thursday at. 09.00 - 18.00 and Friday 09.00 - 16.00.
