Operations Support

Innovation Labs one activity within the Academic Computing is to operate supportive systems.

We help state, regional and municipal services with the development of operations support systems. We possess the skills and knowledge around the development of administrative systems, with particular focus on the higher education sector.

Within the business support development we can offer assistance in:

• Planning as business / concept analysis, decision support, claims status, project.
• Procurement Support as an expert assessment of ERP / standard systems, decision support.
• Implementation as architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, scaling.
• Production touchdown as documentation, managing the preparation, operation (only software-wise).

In this area we often work with the integration of LPW-services (Ladok on the Web), integration with various directory services and more general integration services.
