Innovation in Practice
What exactly is innovation? What is innovation for us and how we turnover of this in practice? We give below our picture of this.
The definition
Usually defined innovation as innovation. This is also true in our opinion.But for us there is a more multifaceted importance of innovation, especially as we relate to innovation in IT.
Our core values include innovation, the following dimensions:
- Innovation is the use and further development of new concepts, methods, techniques and tools
- Innovation is the (positive) change / impact the end user notice. The change that ensures a better / easier / more effective use of the artifact in question
- Innovation is the (positive) effect can be seen on an organization's business plan / business plan
- Innovation is a climate in which they find themselves in the arena in question
- Innovation is different for everyone
The practice
In the projects we pursue and in the products we develop, we protect always the element of innovation along our definition. To achieve the height of innovation, we believe in a mixture of good work, ensad values, space for personal development and a close relationship with the research community. All these elements are redundant if their interest in IT (in our case) does not exist.
Without passion, no innovation.
