E-books
E-books are electronic versions of print books. Some of the advantages with e-books are that the entire content can be searched, you can make notes and bookmarks in the books and that they are available at all hours. To some extent you can also copy parts and make print-outs.
You have access to the library's e-books from computers connected to the university college network. Most of the e-books are also available from home if you log in with your user-id.
To be able to read some of the e-books, you must have a specific e-book reader installed on your computer, for instance Adobe Reader or Java. These may be downloaded from the internet at no cost.
