RSS

RSS (Really Simple Syndication - "really simple news") is a standard for delivering news headlines and summaries. Is often referred to as feed.

There are various programs that can retrieve data in RSS format, and many of them are free. RSS program retrieves data from an RSS source and notifies when it received something new. In this way keeps itself easily updated with the latest news.
