Equality & Multiplicity

At the University College of Borås there is a vision for the work with equality and multiplicity which is expressed in the following long term goals:

  • When new staff are recruited competence and multiplicity should be in focus.
  • Equality in the balance of power among the employees shall be attained.
  • All colleagues shall be appreciated, looked after and experience personal development.
  • Zero tolerance when it comes to discrimination and harassment at the college.
  • UCB will in a structured manner increase awareness about the importance of equality and multiplicity among employees as well as among students.
  • The UCB strives to attain a broadened recruitment within all education.
  • The variety of the students shall be seen, understood, appreciated and protected.
