Equality & Multiplicity
At the University College of Borås there is a vision for the work with equality and multiplicity which is expressed in the following long term goals:
- When new staff are recruited competence and multiplicity should be in focus.
- Equality in the balance of power among the employees shall be attained.
- All colleagues shall be appreciated, looked after and experience personal development.
- Zero tolerance when it comes to discrimination and harassment at the college.
- UCB will in a structured manner increase awareness about the importance of equality and multiplicity among employees as well as among students.
- The UCB strives to attain a broadened recruitment within all education.
- The variety of the students shall be seen, understood, appreciated and protected.
