Examination Exhibition 2010

As an egg, a cylinder, which flourished in front of your face or even cubist forms on each other. That the hats make a comeback in the fashion world was quite clear at this year's fashion show that graduate students in fashion design education stood behind. New this year was also that the Swedish Fashion Council and TEKO handed out a scholarship.

Jennie Siljedahl fick stipendium från TEKOThe first scholarship went to Jennie Siljedahl. As many others she has a hat-like headgear in her men's collection that is known as "Control me as I controlyou". It is an exciting combination of garments and materials, while the color, shape and design creates a generic. In its reasons for choosing the scholarship says the Swedish Fashion Council and the Textile and Clothing collection has an almost poetic expression. Self says Jennie Siljedahl that she reached a balance between the ugliness and beauty, the mad and the controlled. There are rough lines with loose-fitting pants in harem model or tight padded shorts. The material has been important for Jennie Siljedahl. She has sparkly fabrics, fake furs and skins and has also knitted material in copper metal
