The Swedish School of Library and Information Science (SSLIS) at the University of Borås has Sweden's largest education and research in library and information science. SSLIS is a national leader with well-developed cooperation in the Nordic region, Europe and internationally.
The department offers two programmes at the undergraduate level, three programmes at the Master's level, a Ph. D. programme, as well as a wide variation of courses and professional development courses.
SSLIS is ranked as best in its field in Sweden for the quality of both its research and teaching.

Doctor Annemaree Lloyd, Senior Lecturer in Information Studies at the Charles Sturt University in Australia, is currently visiting professor here at the University of Borås. Doctor Lloyd was kind enough to spare a few minutes of her time to answer a few questions.
