The overreaching issues that I have dealt with it my research are:
- How can interdisciplinary oriented researchers collaborate in order to understand complex phenomenon?
- How can researchers interact with society in order to discuss urgent research results?
- How can universities organize and develop educational programs to raise the quality, sustainability and sense of responsibility within professions?
In recent years, I have taken an interest in the social shaping of the Internet as well as the societal impact of the Internet and World Wide Web. My current focus is on information practices relating to filesharing and social media.
