Johan Hagberg, Ph.D., is Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Borås and a Handelns Utvecklingsråd Postdoctoral Fellow at the Centre for Retailing, University of Gothenburg. His research examines market practices in the field of retailing. In his thesis he applied a practice oriented approach to a study of retail change. His current work investigates shopping destinations, practices of retail store managers and retailer-supplier information systems integration.
