Occupational Science
Description
Occupational Science is about human work and the methods and processes that characterize the contemporary world of work and its growth, both domestically and internationally. It includes work impacts on man, his social relationships and activities in the broad sense. An important theme in this context are prerequisites for and obstacles to combine the requirements of economic efficiency with demands for social sustainability and the individual's desire for job satisfaction, professional development and personal fulfillment. This theme highlights both from a social perspective and from an organizational theory perspective.
