Coronavirus

The Public Health Agency of Sweden has now decided on stricter general guidelines for Region Västra Götaland. These are valid from 29 October to December 13, but can be extended. More information to employees and students will come. Read more on the website of the Public Health Agency of Sweden. (Swedish only).

The University of Borås conducts education on campus with a strong focus on digital support. We also follow the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Sweden; these recommendations have an effect on education on campus.

The university is continuously monitoring the situation and is making preparations for any possible changes when it comes to both information and action. The university's employees gets continuously information via email (and their managers) and students via PINGPONG (and their course coordinators). Everyone is also advised to follow the information available from the government, the Public Health Agency of Sweden and the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs.

The university also has web pages with information specific to employees and students.

If you have questions about the coronavirus, please contact the national information number SOS Alarm 113 13. This number conveys information to the public in the event of serious accidents and crises in society.

Are you visiting our campus in Borås?

Please, choose the entrance closest to where you are going to. Our rooms/halls are named by the building they are in, and the floor they are located on. For example, M402 is in building M, and on the 4th floor. As far as possible, plan an outdoors route when navigating around campus. Take a look at the map and find the entrance closest to your destination.
