The purpose of the project is to follow, support and evaluate the implementation process of the work on developing a good work environment - sustainable organization and attractive home care.
Key issues are:
- Which contextual, and which specific factors support / hinder integration and development of a sustainable work organization? (organizational sustainability)
- How is employee health, motivation and involvement in the work and relationships with each other and the manager affected? (social, physical and mental sustainability)
- How can work-time and staffing planning change in a sustainable direction for employees? (economic sustainability)
