NCCPR 2021: Nordic Conference on Cultural Policy Research

NCCPR 10-12 November

The conference will start in the morning, November 10, and finish after lunch on November 12.

The conference papers are made available after registration to the conference.

Symposium

We are organizing a pre-conference symposium on November 9 called Har kulturpolitiken lyckats? It is free of charge, and you can register for the symposium as you register for the conference. More information on the symposium will be published shortly. N.B. The language of the symposium is primarily Scandinavian.

Theme and keynote speakers

The theme for the 10th NCCPR is The Nordic Cultural Model – revisited, rejected, reimagined. We invite scholars to take the opportunity to look back, and to look forward, to the idea of the “Nordic” in cultural policy.

With the words “revisited, rejected and reimagined,” we make way for a broad exploration of Nordic cultural policy, its past and its future.

About NCCPR

The aim of the Nordic conference is to strengthen the Nordic community regarding cultural policy research and to promote the foundation of Nordic networks of researchers.

The NCCPR is an inclusive, multidisciplinary conference in which researchers address issues regarding Nordic cultural policy from standpoints that are relevant both to academic research and to the cultural sector. We invite papers from a variety of fields and practices provided that the contributions relate to Nordic cultural policy research in a broad sense.

Conference languages: Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, and English.
