This year's employee survey is presented

The employee survey aims to follow up university work environment efforts and to evaluate different parts of the university and identify development areas to improve and streamline the university as an organisation. This year's response rate was 82 percent, which is higher than the previous time the survey was conducted in 2017.

"The survey was sent out in early March and employees had two weeks to respond. Our goal was to have 80 percent of the employees answer the survey , so we are very pleased with the number of responses," says Birgitta Alfraeus, Director of HR.

"I think the high response rate was positive, but also that the overall result for the university was good. There are areas to work on and it will be interesting to follow the continued work," says Mats Tinnsten, Vice-Chancellor.

When all employees have had the opportunity to review the results, in-depth work will be undertaken by the managers, who together with employees will develop an action plan for each unit. These should be ready by the end of September.
