ALPHA Award is for graduated BA and MA students from invited Nordic design schools. The annual Call for Applications is circulated to the following schools:

– Aalto University, School of Arts, Design and Architecture (Finland)
– Beckmans College of Design (Sweden)
– Kolding School of Design (Denmark)
– Oslo National Academy of the Arts (Norway)
– Royal Danish Academy, School of Design (Denmark)
– The Swedish School of Textiles (Sweden)
Applications are handled digitally by Eyes on Talents, and finalists are picked by a pre-selection panel of industry experts.

Out of the ten selected finalists, three of them are BA Fashion Design graduates of The Swedish School of Textiles:

Hedvig Ljungström
