The course deals with how to communicate material and garment shape on body and how to present your ideas in the best way in a sketched line up. It also deals with studying body proportions, posture and movement through sketching. Finally we will have a look at how you can work with sketching as a design method, to develop ideas.

The course aims to develop understanding of and proficiency in fashion sketching, production sketching, and illustration as a tool for artistic interpretation, idea development, and communication in the field of fashion design. The main content of the course is as follows:
