The Retail Lab conducts research on buying- and consumer behavior with a focus on innovative digital retailing. Our focus is customer behavior, where we study the impact of both online and off-line environments on purchasing decisions. The digital tools we use for testing in the lab usually work to help customers become more confident in their purchasing decision. It can be about testing new ways to get product information in the store, how to use the smartphone for safer purchasing decisions or how interactive screens can help customers and employees to better experiences in the store and on the web.
During the company visits made in the Retail Lab, visitors will receive information about the latest innovations we have developed as well as the research conducted.
