Research and Innovation
I work as a guest professor within the field of biomedical engineering where I focus on medical signal processing, particularly different aspects of clinical use of various physiological signals.
I have worked at the University of Borås since 2001, 2001-2009 as professor in Medical Signal Processing and Systems Engineering. Before that, I studied Electrical Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, where I also presented my thesis 1983.
Currently my main activities are at KTH – Royal Institute of Technology and Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm.
I participate in several projects, two of them financed by Vinnova.
