I work as a doctoral student within the field of Resource Recovery where I focus on developing innovations in biotechnology. I have worked at the University of Borås since 2016. Before that, I studied biotechnology at the Faculty of Engineering LTH in Lund.

At present, I write my doctoral dissertation about the fungus Neurosa intermedia, from which a natural pigment could be produced. The pigment could replace expensive and hazardous synthetic pigments that are used in many products. The project is funded by Lantmännens Forskningsstiftelse and the University of Borås. My teaching interests are primarily in chemistry and biotechnology.
