Linnaeus Palme is a programme that aims at establishing long-term mutual cooperation between higher education institutions in low and middle income countries. By integrating global perspectives, the idea is to increase the quality of higher education.

The Faculty of Librarianship, Information, Education and IT at the University of Borås currently has a Linnaeus-Palme Partnership focused on sustainable internationalisation with the East African School of Library and Information Science, Makerere University, Uganda.
