Through the file- and synchronicing service Box you can make files accesable on the web, in your computers and in your mobile units thus you always have access to your files. You can also easily share your files with others.
Log in and create an account
You can access your files in Box via a web browser: hb.box.com.
After your first login via the web there is also the posibility to get access to your files via your mobile devices in the Box app. It is available for iPhone and iPad through App Store. Note! Use the alternative Single Sign On (SSO) when you log in via the app.
As an employee at University of Borås you get 100GB of storage and can store any type of documents, with the restriction of a maximum of 5GB per document. See this guide create a Box account.

You always need to be careful with how you handle and store classified information and sensitive personal data.
This service is provided by SUNET, the universities joint organization of infrastructure services. All trafic to and from the service is encrypted, and the files are stored encrypted at the supplier that meets the high safety requirements.
