Service disruption in Ladok and related services

Update from Ladok (08:50):

Resolved service disruption in all Ladok environments The work to address the recent days’ disruptions in Ladok is now completed. The support services for Ladok that were shut down to protect IT systems at Umeå University in connection with the cyberattack are now started.

Events for integrations that were sent via the LIS adapter while it was closed have been queued up and are now running. Continued service disruptions may occur on Monday between Canvas and Ladok.


Due to an ongoing cyber incident against Umeå University, there may be disruptions in Ladok and related services. This includes platforms such as Canvas, Inspera, and konto.hb.se. We will provide further information later today.
