Labs at the Swedish School of Textiles

Students have access to all labs with some exceptions, (information below) Monday – Friday at 08:00–16:30.

Digital Crafts lab (S416), Electronic lab (S425), Research labs (S451, S452, S453) labs are closed for students day time. Access to labs is given after application by student.

It is possible to get access to labs during evenings and weekends after application by student. The applications is made to a lab technician. 

All labs are closed for students during night from 24:00 to 07:00.

Labs in the Balder building

Access to labs in the Balder building is given when needed in combination with proper education. 

Extended access to the labs is given by the lab technician or the Head of Department. 

The students have access to IT lab 1 and IT lab 2, Monday–Friday at 07:00–24:00. 

Labs in the Sandgärdet building

Access to labs is given when needed. 

Extended access to labs is issued by the lab technician.
