Report a problem

As a student, you spend time in different parts of the university.  We would like you to report any maintenance issues and problems that you see.

Balder and Sandgärdet Buildings

If you see any problems in or have questions about heating, ventilation, and sanitation in these buildings, you can contact the switchboard at +46 (0)33-435 40 00 and ask for Claes Fredriksson or Antero Hallberg at Akademiska Hus. It is also possible to report a problem via Akademiska Hus's website.

Select the building and building section and click on “Maintenance request.”

Simonsland

In case of problems related to the operation of the building or things such as ventilation, heating, toilets, etc. that are not an emergency, please email info@kanico.se.

For any urgent matters such as water leaks or other urgent situations during the evenings or at weekends, call the hotline at +46 (0)33-340 10 03. Lockouts incur a charge.

Other problems at the University of Borås

In case of urgent problems or if you need technical assistance in common classrooms, you should contact the switchboard at +46 (0)33-4354000 and they will connect you to the right person. Reports of other problems (which are not urgent) should be sent to campusservice@hb.se.
