University sustainability days begin with the Vice-Chancellors universal meeting
Today is the start of the university’s Days for Sustainable Development, taking place from 23–26 March. The days begin with the Vice-Chancellor’s universal meeting on sustainability 2026, which focuses on bringing together all positive forces in the work for sustainable global development.

At this year’s sustainability meeting, we will meet Ulrika Modéer, Secretary General of the Swedish Red Cross. She has a background as a civil servant and as Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations, as well as Head of UNDP’s Bureau for External Relations and Advocacy.
Together with some of our distinguished researchers and colleagues at the university, we look forward to an insightful and hopeful opportunity to join forces for sustainable development.
