Jump to main contentThis webpage provides information on how to register your bank details and which forms need to be filled in.
For payments of salary, travel allowances, or other expenses, your bank account information must be sent to the university's bank, Danske Bank. Registering your salary account with Danske Bank does not mean that you become a customer of Danske Bank; you are simply specifying which account you want your salary to be paid into.
If you have not registered an account, you will receive a payment notification. You can redeem it for a fee at a bank branch.
You can also download your salary specification from Danske Bank's payroll service.
Register your bank details
You can register your bank account information directly at Danske Bank. You log in and register your bank account using e-identification. If you change banks during your employment, this is where you change your bank account.
If you do not have e-ID, you can personally submit a form to HR-Lön. Please bring ID. You can email HR-Lön at hr@hb.se.

If you later need to change your bank account
For those of you who are paid hourly, no payslip will be sent to your home. Instead, you can access and download your payslip yourself via Danske Bank’s payroll services website.
Log in using Mobile BankID.
Open the BankID app and scan the QR code.
To view the most recent payslip, select “New payslips” (Nya lönespecifikationer) in the menu on the left. The latest payslip will then be displayed automatically.
To search for previous payslips, select “Search payslips” (Sök lönespecifikationer). Choose the relevant year from the drop-down list and click “Select” (Välj) to view a list of all payslips from that year.
