Username and password in Primo

Students and staff at the University
Username
You login with the username you have recieved from the university
Password
You use the same password that you use to login to other systems at the university. If you like to change your password you can use the service Selfservice at the university website.
Login
- Go to Primo start page
- Choose to "Sig in" in the upper right corner in the page header
- Choose to login as "Users at the University"
The public and external students
Username
You login with your twelve digit personal number as username.
Password
Use the password that you choosed when you applied for a library account.
If you need to change your password, you can do it yourself. Type your twelve digit personal number in the field "User Identifier" and click on "Send a link for password reset". You will then recieve further instructions by e-mail in the language set for your account.
Login
- Go to Primo start page
- Choose to "Sig in" in the upper right corner in the page header
- Choose to login as "Others"
Libraries
Username
You login with your library sigel as username. It's of importance that the sigel is typed exactly as it is registered by the National Library. (Normally with initial capital). Please contact ill@hb.se if you need information about your sigel.
Password
Libraries choose their one password.
If you need to change your password, you can do it yourself. Type your library sigel in the field "User Identifier" and click on "Send a link for password reset". You will then recieve further instructions by e-mail to the e-mail address registered for your library in our system.
Login
- Go to Primo start page
- Choose to "Sig in" in the upper right corner in the page header
- Choose to login as "Others"
