New tools for course development

When the Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ) reviewed the university's quality assurance system for education, it became evident that there is a lack of clarity around how employees, students, and external stakeholders participate in course development. One way to fix this is to make it easier for teachers to use course evaluations.

"At the workshops on course evaluation, I will present the new pages on PING PONG and try to inspire teachers," says Anna Thorén, Lecturer in Pedagogical Work with a focus on online learning.

The workshops are taking place at each Faculty in October and November.

"During the spring, we reminded our colleagues to do programme reports and at A2, there have been reports for all programmes, which is fantastic! Now it's time for course evaluations and we hope for the same good result there," says Lena Hedén, Quality Coordinator at the Faculty of Caring Science, Work Life and Social Welfare.

Dates of the workshops

26 October at the Faculty of Textiles, Engineering and Business

11 November at the Faculty of Caring Science, Work Life and Social Welfare

Date is not yet set at the Faculty of Librarianship, Information, Education and IT
