Staff Disciplinary Board

At each authority, there must be a Staff Disciplinary Board (Personalansvarsnämnden in Swedish). The chair of this board is the head of the authority. The board consists of employer representatives and staff representatives.

The questions that the board examines are the following:

termination of employment for personal reasons
disciplinary matters
notification of legal action
suspension from employment
