The point of departure is questions of meaning, belonging, vulnerability, responsibility, and the human condition in relation to issues such as the climate crisis, geopolitical instability and conflict, technological acceleration, mental ill-health, and declining trust in democratic institutions.

The goal is to develop shared research questions, concepts, theoretical perspectives, and analytical frameworks that can serve as a foundation for future publications, national and international research collaborations, and larger research funding applications.
