The project focuses on processes in crime prevention work in central Gamlestaden, Gothenburg, in the form of

1. identifying which factors influence the process of a location becoming a criminal business establishment based on property management and property owner responsibility,
2. following processes, development and implementation of the place intervention method in relation to government cooperation, division of responsibilities and mandates and
3. identifying organizational, legal and economic conditions and obstacles to the implementation of place interventions.

The project is a commission from the Social Services Administration North-East, Gothenburg, and is co‑funded by the Property Owners Association GFR.
