The skills of children's librarians

The study aims at deepening the knowledge about the complex competences of children’s librarians. Data comprises focus group interviews with both library staff and managers in the Stockholm region. In the analysis the children’s librarians’ profession is discussed as a typical welfare profession in a changing media landscape.
