I work as a Senior Lecturer within the field of The Human Perspective in Care where I focus on sustainable organisation and health promoting leadership.
I have worked at the University of Borås since 2011. I am a registered nurse and before I started at the university I worked as a quality coordinator; I was also responsible for education at Skaraborg Hospital.
I am currently involved in a research project based on managers' work with quality and process development to strengthen user awareness och safety within care for the elderly.
