I’m a doctoral student in Library and Information Science since spring 2025. My doctoral research examines the mechanisms and actors that influence and govern public art in Swedish municipalities. The project focuses specifically on how civil servants, through the practical administration of public art, negotiate and respond to local administrative and political conditions, cultural policy at the local, regional, and national levels, and the interests represented by civil society and professional associations.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Visual Studies (2016) and a Degree of Master of Arts in Museum Studies (ALM-master) (2020) from Lund University. Prior to my doctoral studies, I worked and interned at Lunds konsthall, Skissernas Museum - Museum of Artistic Process and Public Art and Swedish National Heritage board.
