Behnam (Ben) holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. His doctoral research focused on business performance management in the construction and housing industry, exploring the role of ethics in strategic decision-making.
Ben has extensive experience in both academia and industry, having lectured at multiple universities, including Malmö University. His teaching spans undergraduate and advanced levels, covering subjects such as digital marketing, e-business, smart cities, and strategic management. He has also supervised bachelor's theses and contributed to course development.
His research interests lie in marketing, and emotional branding with a specific focus on sustainable development.
Beyond academia, Ben has a background in strategic consulting, digital transformation, and marketing management, having worked with companies such as North Construction and Housing Holding Company. He has also led entrepreneurial ventures in the dental supply industry, implementing innovative marketing strategies that positioned his business as a market leader.
His approach to teaching combines theoretical foundations with real-world applications, encouraging students to engage in critical thinking and problem-solving. His work in both industry and academia positions him as a bridge between theoretical knowledge and practical business applications.
