Bank account information for salary and other forms of compensation

Register bank account

You register your bank account information directly at Danske Bank. You log in and register your bank account using your e-identification. If you change banks during your employment, this is where you change your bank account.

If you have not registered an bank account, you will receive a payment card. You can redeem it for a fee at a bank office.

If you do not have an e-identification, you can submit a form to HR Payroll.

For those who have e-identification (e.g. mobile BankID)

New employee

  1. Go to Danske Bank's payroll service (Danske Banks lönetjänst)
  2. Click on "Log in" under the heading "Log in to Lönetjänst".
  3. Log in with Mobile BankID (mobilt bank-id).
  4. Select "Ny betalningsmottagare" and follow the instructions. Enter customer number 79157.

Change bank account

  1. Go to Danske Bank's payroll service (Danske Banks lönetjänst)
  2. Click on "Log in" (Logga in) under the heading "Log in to Payroll Service" (Logga in till Lönetjänst).
  3. Log in with Mobile BankID (mobilt bank-id).
  4. Start the BankID app with the QR code.
  5. Go to the heading "My profile" (Min profil) and select "View" (Visa) under account details (Kontouppgifter). Here you change your clearing/account number. Then press Save.

For those who do not have e-identification

  1. Fill in the form "Danske Bank transfer to Swedish bank account" or "Danske Bank transfer to foreign bank account".

  2. Give the filled-out form personally to one of the employees at HR Payroll. Bring identification with you.
  3. HR Payroll will register your information with Danske Bank.
