Contact with occupational healthcare
An individual employee at the University of Borås can anonymously visit the occupational health service for a first visit, provided that the cause is work-related. In the event of an additional need for occupational healthcare, a health form signed by the relevant manager is required. Occupational healthcare according to this agreement does not refer to longer treatments but refers to shorter treatments, normally a maximum of five occasions.
Accessibility
An employee at the University of Borås must be able to receive an assessment during a visit to Falck, of staff with the right competence, within a reasonable time from the time the contact takes place. This time is assessed on the basis of the type of case and the degree of concern. Shorter interventions, such as first-time visits, should normally occur within 10 days.
Emergency interventions, as assessed by the University of Borås, should be conducted as soon as possible, but no later than within 24 hours. More extensive contact is carried out by agreement with the person ordering the services.
